5-PATH® Hypnosis (Five-Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis) is a structured and systematic approach to hypnotherapy created by Cal Banyan, a well-known figure in the field of professional hypnosis. The method is designed to go beyond basic suggestion hypnosis and focuses on uncovering and resolving root emotional issues that may be causing a client’s unwanted behavior or symptoms.
This self-hypnosis technique is taught individually or in classes. Individuals receive 'recognitions' in hypnosis that they continue to practice on their own. This process can accomplish as much as 5-PATH® hypnosis sessions, but takes more time.
Why is it extremely difficult to stop smoking, stick to a diet, or change self-destructive behavior?
Negative “programming” can enter our psyche early in our childhood, often long before we have the maturity and skill to process them. These erroneous beliefs and perceptions are buried in our experience and influence how we behave. Treatment plans that do not deal with these factors often result in limited success.
What hypnosis does:
Hypnosis resolves past issues that allow for behavioral influences to be neutralized, as it addresses the root of the problem. It resolves anxiety, supports a new sense of self-control, allowing for clarity to make better decisions.
